A unique place where work and leisure come together
Finance
The development will provide the municipality of Rudná with additional revenue through property tax and redistribution of income via the budget allocation of taxes.
Employment
A diverse range of new jobs will be created in the park, covering various professions, especially positions for scientists, healthcare professionals, caregivers, as well as roles in supporting services, retail, restaurants, sports facilities, etc.
Infrastructure
The project addresses future concerns regarding the planned demolition of the existing bridge over the D5 motorway leading to the transmitter and recreational area. A new transportation solution for the location is being developed.
Development
This innovative project is being developed in cooperation with CzechInvest and is backed by an investor from Kaprain Group.

Education
Healthcare
The Rudná Science Park will host prestigious science and research projects that build on the highly respected work of Czech scientists. The primary focus will be areas that benefit society as a whole.

Leisure

Biotope
A natural swimming biotope is planned near the border of Rudná’s cadastral area, close to Drahelčice. This facility will serve as a hybrid between a traditional chlorinated pool and a natural swimming pond, namely a lined artificial lake with a drainage system. It will feature water purification using aquatic plants and natural filtration lagoons, without chemical treatment.

Sports facilities
A new sports field with artificial turf will be built, primarily for training purposes. The facility will include changing rooms with showers, refreshments and equipment storage. Due to its strategic location, the field will be easily accessible for athletes from both Rudná and Drahelčice.

Grocery shop
There is currently a grocery shop on Rudná’s main square, which serves local residents well. However, it has one major drawback – customers from surrounding villages and those driving in from the D5 motorway contribute to increased traffic congestion in the town. A new grocery shop, strategically located directly at Exit 5 of the D5, will help alleviate this issue. Additionally, it will be welcomed by nearby villages connected to the planned Drahelčice bypass, which currently do not have their own grocery shop.
